Conexion a Internet a traves de tarjeta Kyocera

Buenas noches, ante todo un saludo, lo siguiente es para solictar de su ayuda en cuanto a la conexion a internet a traves de la tarjeta inalambrica KyoceraKPC 650, la primera forma que utilice para conectarme fue configurando la conexion a traves de pppconfig y me aparece lo siguiente:

La otra forma que trate de conectarme fue a traves del wvdial, lo instale luego ejecute: sudo wvdial y, me arroja el siguiente mensaje:

se queda generando este tipo de caracteres como si estuviera tratando de engancharse pero nada.

¿Podemos suponer que tienes buena cobertura y que has configurado correctamente el usuario y contraseña (que te suministra el proveedor) con pppconfig?

Hola amigo, en estos momentos es que pude contestarte, fijate que con respecto a la cobertura hay buena cobertura, ahora bien, con respecto a la configuracion lo hice hasta donde logicamente creo que lo estoy haciendo bien, con todos los parametros del proveedor, pero lo que si me llamo la atencion es que en el pppconfig la parte los puertos del modem me trae: ttys1, ttys2, ttys3, ttys0 y por defecto me recomienda el ttys1, tambien me llama la atencion es que no me muestra el puerto del modem como ttyUSB0??

Gracias y agradezco toda la orientacion posible, sera que me falta ejecutar algun comando??.
