problema con pidgin en squeeze [Solucionado]

buenas amigos/as, espero que esten bien 
tengo un pequeño problema con el pidgin, desde que instale Squeeze el pidgin se cierra solo, sin que le de salir, es mas, cuando estoy escribiendo se cierra y siempre tengo que iniciar sesion por ese problema.
me dispuse a compilarlo, ya que varios me han dicho que de esa forma se solucionaria el problema, al ejecutar ./configure me lanza el siguiente error

Concuerdo con Erno. Pero si por alguna oscura razón quieres compilarlo, tienes que resolver todas las dependencias que te pida el configure, y por lo pronto, te está dando error en una y te has quedado tan ancho, además de decirte como puedes solucionarlo si no quieres instalar la librería correspondiente.

Pudes decirme como cuales cosas deshabilitaste porque tengo el mismo problema
Tendrías que abrir un tema propio , pero si tiende a cerrarse ,busca por networmanager ,y pidgin a veces entran en conflicto.

Bue al menos ,y ya que esta podes decír cual era el problema y cual la solución ,así todo aquel que mire eśte hilo tendrá una referencia
Bueno es que soy novato en debian, el problema era que el compilador me pedia que usara este comando --disable-screensaver en vez de usar --enable-screensaver, ese era el punto que no entendia, disculapa la torpeza es que soy novato.
